Bo'ness United suffered an agonising afternoon at Hill of Beath where the BUs did not do nearly enough to get another vital three points.
Changes to the BU line up saw Ryan McGurk making his debut in goal while Jamie Hay started in midfield where Andy Shirra was also back.
There was a front line shuffle and Chris McFadyen started alongside Paul Shields.
McGurk got an early touch holding onto a Stuart corner and at the other end a Fleming free-kick shot crashed into the Hill of Beath wall.
