Bo'ness swim report
RECORD-BREAKING successes have come the way of Bo'ness Amateur Swimming Club's older members in recent events.
In the West District competition, Lauren Forsyth broke the club record in the 13 years 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m freestyle, 100m backstroke and 100m butterfly.
Lauren also won 100m backstroke gold, plus five silver medals in her other events.
