Bo'ness United coach Allan McGonigal chided himself over his team selection at Hill of Beath but he can give himself a pat on the back after this game against Lochee United.
Bo'ness United 4
Morrison 7, Shirra 69 (pen) Butter (og) 74, Gribben 88
Lochee United 0

The starting line-up had played well enough but with 25 minutes remaining Lochee, despite only having 10 men, were looking positive and had created a couple of really good chances to get back into the game.

Nicky Walker was introduced to the game and almost right away Lochee were put on the back foot, having to deal with the speed of the BU substitute.

Indeed after only four minutes on the park Walker won a penalty, Lochee's numbers were reduced even further, and Andy Shirra's conversion from the spot put the game beyond the visitors.
After that Bo'ness scored two more goals and ran out easy winners with a victory that puts them well ahead in the race for the Super League Flag.

For the full glorious round up of the game, see this week's Journal and Gazette, on sale on Friday, May 7.
