People across the Falkirk district are being urged to step out or get on their bikes to help a local charity ensure they can support people with cancer.
The team at Maggie’s Forth Valley is asking members of the public to walk, run or cycle the equivalent distance between the Maggie’s Centres in Scotland to help raise vital funds with its Miles for Maggie’s initiative.

But don’t worry, you don’t have to do it alone.
Teams of up to four people can take part to help lower the miles required by each person.
Participants’ steps will be counted as they move along a virtual route ‘visiting’ all the centres in Scotland.
Can you go the whole distance for Maggie’s and complete the route before the end of July?
