BO'NESS bride Fiona McEwan was joined by an extra-special guest on her wedding day – new niece Lucy, who she had delivered just days beforehand!
Midwife Fiona delivered big sister Laura-Jane's first child in hospital on the Monday and by Saturday the new mum was performing her chief bridesmaid's duties, in a quickly altered dress.

Fiona (28) was delighted both Laura-Jane and Lucy were there for her tying the knot to plasterer fiancé Andrew Gavin at St Catharine's Church, Bo'ness, a fortnight ago.

Laura-Jane said: "For Lucy, it will be a nice story to have, that her auntie delivered her.
.
"She was delivered on the Monday, I got out of hospital on the Tuesday, then got the dress resized on the Wednesday and picked it up on the Thursday. The seamstresses were very good!"
