THE SHOW will go on is the message from brave wee Ritchie Williamson, as the page boy to Fair Queen-elect Georgia Sommerville broke his leg just weeks before the 'best day of the year'.
Kinneil Primary School P1 pupil Ritchie, who turns six on Fair Day, June 25, is now sporting a plaster cast after a trampolining accident last Saturday.

The Baker Street youngster was also born on a Bo'ness Fair Friday and has been looking forward to playing his part along with fellow page boy Steven Scotland.

Ritchie's undeterred by a broken bone, with mum Elaine (40) this week telling the Bo'ness Journal: "He's excited and saying, 'I hope I can still be a page boy.'"

For the full story see this week's Journal and Gazette, on sale on Friday, June 11.
