A FIVE-STRONG party from Chennai, India, arrives in Bo'ness tomorrow (Saturday) for a two-week stay organised by their partner church, St Andrew's.

Fundraising to bring the group, comprising two leaders and three 18 year olds, was organised by St Andrew's youth team who visited India in 2008.

After a frustrating year of visa refusals, now thanks to Linlithgow and East Falkirk MP Michael Connarty's intervention, the youngsters are looking forward to be reunited with their peers they've kept in touch with via emails and Facebook.

From sampling Scottish cuisine to sharing in the excitement of the Bo'ness Fair, the Indian group have a full itinerary in store, that also includes seeing church projects.

And they'll be visiting all the local primary schools, sharing with pupils a little of their culture.
