INSENSITIVE activity at the new Carriden Brae cemetery in Bo'ness has prompted calls for those responsible to ditch their disrespectful behaviour.
Used fireworks, tyre marks where vehicles have driven onto the grass, and churned up turf have greeted grieving relatives just metres from their loved ones' graves.

Reverend Gordon Reid of neighbouring Carriden Church told the Bo'ness Journal: "This is now a working cemetery and there should be some respect for the deceased and their families.

"Those who have been setting off fireworks or driving their cars around the area on the grass should consider that at some stage they may have their own relatives buried there."
