Anger over Bo'ness bus fares

AN UNHAPPY commuter has hit out at an above-inflation First Bus fares hike that's seen his daily ticket from Bo'ness to Linlithgow train station increase by 10 per cent.
Revised prices kicked in at the end of June and Alan Gilbert (33) says since he started using the service around two years ago the single adult fare's gone up by over 20 per cent.

Having contacted First when they last rose, he says he was told it was necessary to keep the route cost effective.
