TWENTY-SIX years ago this week Matthew Deans' son-in-law captured the Royal Scots Greys and Pipers and Military Bands as they marched in the Bo'ness Fair.
It's a particularly fond image as Mr Deans, of Drum Road, Bo'ness, played the cornet in the Scots Greys for five and a half years from 1948 to 1953.

Mr Deans says this picture of the two bands was taken on a year Deanburn Primary led the Fair, with Allison Cross as queen.
